Oxalic acid

Oxalic acid (aka ethanedioic acid or oxalate) is an organic compound, with the chemical formula of C2H2O4. In its solid state, the acid forms white crystals, and when combined with water, creates a colourless solution. It is naturally occurring in many vegetables.
